Withdraw Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the last material of those goods.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of withdrawal is sent before the date expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event that your exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all the payments for the product that we received from you, within 14 days from the date on which you informed us to withdraw from the contract. However, the reimbursement may be withheld till the goods have been received, or till the consumer and user have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. We will proceed to make reimbursement using the same means of payment in which the purchase was paid without incurring any expenses except for the costs of shipping and picking of product. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In the event that you decide to use your own means, you must return or deliver the goods directly to us within 14 days from the date in which you inform us to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal regulated in this section will only apply to the products purchased solely and exclusively through www.bresme.com, so in no case will it apply to those products purchased in our physical store or establishment.

In accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:

• The supplied goods or the provided services depend on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur can not control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
• The goods supplied according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized.
• The supplied goods may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• The supplied sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
• The supplied goods have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.

Returns of Defective Products

In cases where you consider the products do not comply with the Contract after receiving the goods, you shall contact us within 14 days. You can send email to info@bresme.com or call us on 918170990, providing the product data, as well as the damages, in the cases we will request that you send us a photo of the damage.

We will contact you to guide you to proceed, eg. use which courier agency to return the goods once we received the notification. As a general rule, here are the steps to follow:

You must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice that you received by mail, providing the following information:

1. Personal data
2. E-mail address
3. Order number
4. Reason for return
5. Date of receiving the order
6. Date of returning the goods

Please return the item with its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.

Once we received the returned goods, we will proceed to check the returned product and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement will be made within 30 days after we send you the confirmation of the return or replacement by email.

In the event that the products can not be replaced due to defects, the amount paid for those products will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery and return costs incurred.

Returns and partial cancellations will get partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation, reimbursement and gift packaging costs will not be returned if the return is partial. The return will be made with the same form of payment when it was used in processing the order or by bank transfer for orders paid by reimbursement.
